We're headed to Washington DC in the morning.

Ah, the ginger salad at Burma Restaurant ... the stretched noodles at Chinatown Express ... the lamb vindaloo at Aditi ... the 30+ page menu of Asian delights at Malaysia Kopitiam .... 

I'm damn near giddy.
