An Ode To White Chicken Chili

This is my ode to white chicken chili

While some of you may think it's silly

It's Martha's birthday gift

To give her spirits a lift

It's all she's asked of me.  Really.

Martha's white chicken chili's the best

When you invite yourself as a guest.

With hushpuppy crust

And a beer is a must

You can eat all you want and then rest.

 

Maya Angelou ain't got nuthin' on me!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARTHA!
